Now your jumbo prawns are grilled and ready to serve. For an informal barbeque, just pass out the grilled jumbo prawn skewers and let people eat them as fresh as they can be! If you want a more formal serving of the grilled prawns, you can still leave the prawns on the skewers but serve the grilled prawns presented on a bed of lettuce leaves or with the other vegetables / rice or other accompanying parts of the meal. Remember to remove your grilling prawns just before they are completely cooked because the prawns will continue to cook for a short time after you take them from the grill.
