Adding a little firm tofu to your wok meal right at the end (to avoid breaking up the tofu as your stir it - add it at the very end to just warm it up and use at least medium firm to firm tofu) is a good way to add some healthy protein. When you choose tofu which has a high calcium content (try to use tofu with at least 15% for the Calcium figure), you are getting an added bonus.
